Landscaping

You may be preparing to sell or let your property and this is where we're able to offer services that will help to speed things up and achieve a top valuation.

The House

Your property may benefit from any number of services from simply cleaning the windows to re-tiling the bathroom, from touching up the odd patch of paint to redecorating whole rooms, from rearranging the furniture to clearing the house completely.

The kitchen and bathroom in particular can let a house down, perhaps the silicon is mouldy and just needs replacing but we can tile floors and walls to make everything look clean and modern.

Painting may be required to freshen up the place as well as to neutralise dated colour schemes or you may have the odd DIY job that needs finishing, we can discuss all these needs and prioritise things in order to keep within a sensible budget.

If all you need to do is clear the house of remaining unwanted furniture then we're experienced in house clearance, just leave it to us.

The Garden

The front garden is probably the first impression people will have of the property so it shouldn't let things down. A quick tidy up may be all that's needed but we can knock the whole garden into shape both front and back creating a desirable and functional outdoor space. Of course, it you're letting the property and need ongoing maintenance then we can take care of that too!

But we're not just handy for properties being made ready for sale or letting, you might consider us as an easy way to improve your own home. Our prices are charged at a daily rate for the house and initial garden work and at an hourly rate if subsequent garden maintenance is required.
