The fees we charge vary depending on the type of report
selected and the size of property being inspected.
As a measure, the fee is dependent on the number of
bedrooms. Please note that if you choose a Home Condition Report the fee
includes an Energy Performance Certificate.
If your property is of unusual construction, such as concrete, or is thatched or listed, then we will need to discuss the Inspection with you. This also applies when your property has more than five bedrooms. Whilst we will be happy to quote for larger properties please note that there are limits that are applied by the regulatory body beyond which standard EPCs and HCRs cannot be undertaken.
